What to expect from the procedure?
The new Comfort Pulse Technology minimizes discomfort during the treatment. Thermage treatments are typically between 45 and 90 minutes depending on the treatment area. Some patients may experience mild redness and slight swelling directly following the treatment but it usually disappears quickly. There is typically no recovery time and patients can return to their normal routine immediately after the treatment. Unlike many other anesthetic procedures, most Thermage CPT patients benefit from a single treatment. Results of Thermage CPT can be seen as soon as one day following the procedure and gradually improves over time. Visible tightening can be seen over a two to six month period following the treatment and results may last for years depending on the individual patient’s skin condition.
Is Thermage CPT right for me?
Thermage CPT is effective on skin around the eye to help reduce hooding and fine lines as well as to lift the brow line. It can also be used all over the face to tighten sagging skin and to smooth over fine lines. Thermage CPT can also improve the definition of the lips and jawline by tightening loose jowls or “turkey neck”.
