        Our talented doctors bring with them a combined 55+ years of experience in medical aesthetics, with decades of expertise in clinical medicine. 

        Dr. Charles Cheng, M.D

        After founding Skin Matters nearly 30 years ago, Dr. Charles Cheng's extensive experience with injectables and new advancement in technologies continues to offer our patients the most optimal results. Dr. Cheng is among the few physicians in Canada that has achieved the Triple Diamond Level account status in Canada with Allergan, manufacturer of Botox Cosmetic® and the JUVÉDERM® family of hyaluronic acid fillers.

        An internationally recognized speaker and educator in medical aesthetics, Dr. Cheng is also a consultant and physician trainer for the industry's leading companies. His dedication to educating medical doctors and licensed injectors on preventing adverse events, patient care, and revision work have cemented Dr. Cheng's reputation as a global leader in medical aesthetics.

        Dr. Kim Liew, M.D

        Dr. Kim Liew has been practicing medicine for decades and has extensive experience in the field of medical aesthetics. Dr. Liew is an expert in Botox facial injections and application of dermal fillers. He uses precise, meticulous, and gentle techniques to fill and reshape the facial features. Dr. Liew specializes in lip injections, nose and tear through filler, and truly embodies the practice of beautiful and natural.
        In addition to injectables, Dr. Liew is an expert in skin analysis and treatment plan coordination. His commitment to skin science and the latest in technology have allowed him to remain at the forefront of technological advancements in machine treatments such as radio frequency devices, and laser treatments.

        Many of Dr. Liew's patients have followed him for more than a decade. They are full of praise for his professional knowledge and unparalleled skill.

        Dr. Collin Yong, M.D

        Dr. Collin Yong currently holds the distinguished position of Clinical Assistant Professor at UBC. He is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada, and a member of the Canadian Pediatrics Society and the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Yong’s twenty years of clinical experience have seen him as Attending at the Craniofacial Clinic at BC Children's Hospital, specializing in General Pediatrics, Newborn care, and Pediatrics Emergency, and extends to Shanghai, where he was Chair of Pediatrics at United Family Hospital 和睦家.

        In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Yong has served as a volunteer in international medical missions in areas of disasters such as the South Asian Tsunami, Philippines Haiyan, Japanese Tohoku Tsunami, and several others. We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Yong and his incredible precision, remarkable patient care, and extensive surgical experience to our team at Skin Matters.
